Readers Digest The Story of Where You Live
Every Monday we try to visit our local charity shop, normally I'm not a big fan of them, I understand most only donate 20% of what they raise to charity and the goods to sell are free as are the shop workers. Sorry, but I smell a rat!
However our local charity shop is for a local charity and I understand all raised goes to it (after shop rent etc.), although I'd buy from any if the price was right!
There was a book sale today, all books 20p, I found this one Readers Digest The Story of Where You Live, a £27 book and it is in as new condition! I can't say I was ripped off :)
I also bought a book about Tropical fish and one about cake icing too (a project we are working on lol), but the above was the bargain of the day!
