I went in my local used bookshop today, they sell magazines for 10p each, I like Lincolnshire Life magazine, I found 4 x 1969 issues, 6 x 1973 issues and 12 x 1976 issues, they where 10p each!

I got a good deal at Torksey car boot on Wednesday, 6 DVDs for a tenner, these were brand new, I assume a shops surplus! The first two are;

Chocolate Advent Calendars

Today I got 5 Carburys chocolate Advent Calendars for £1 the lot (20p each) from a market stall.

If you open them all, and put the chocolates into a container, you get 125 pieces of Cadburys chocolate for our toddler (not all at once though lol), and you can't get that many for £1 normally :)

Singing Tomy Bananas In Pyjamas B1

Passing a charity shop earlier, we bought a Singing Tomy Bananas In Pyjamas B1, with batteries, full working order for 50p!

My wife bought one 15 years ago for our other daughter, new, it cost £18!
